Tregaron Trotting Club hosts four days of top class harness racing including the three-day Tregaron Festival which is held in August on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday preceding the Bank Holiday - truly the Cheltenham of Harness Racing complete with Irish invaders - and the Spring Meeting always held on the Saturday following the May Day Bank Holiday.
