Tregaron Angling Association
The TAA has at it's disposal a range of ticketed waters available to visiting anglers. The Teifi is arguably the finest game fishing river in Wales and it's waters are an oportunity to enjoy a fishing experience whilst relaxing and absorbing the peaceful and unspoilt atmosphere of our delightful valley.
In a single day the visiting angler could fish for salmon in the morning, then go up into the solitude of the hills to fish our lakes for brownies in the afternoon. Return to Tregaron, enjoy a pleasant evening meal and a well deserved drink (in The Talbot of course!) before venturing out in the night to fish the pools for sewin.
For younger anglers, the annual International Youth River Event is held in and around Tregaron on the first weekend in June and is greatly enjoyed by all who attend
