2010 Activities
With the new management now in place, there are many changes due to
take place at The Talbot Hotel.
Starting in September 2010, the hotel will begin its refurbishment. The character and ambience of the property will always remain a priority, however particular areas will be re-decorated and enhanced to ensure guests enjoy their visit that much more.
The Talbot Hotel is also proud to announce the re-opening of the restaurant. Dafydd Watkin, Head Chef and co-owner, has created a fabulous menu using local produce and his 15 years experience in some of London's finest dining rooms, including The Ritz.
Tregaron itself is also looking forward to the Trotting Races during August Bank Holiday, where The Talbot as always will play a major role in the festivities!
